Sakura sentiment

Spring has come. It is a cherry blossom season in Japan. We call it Sakura in Japanese. Japanese people are very sensitive for the change of four seasons. Season starts in spring and Sakura is a symbol for it. They recognize themselves overcoming cold winter days and living now.

Today I went to Ueno and Yushima for seeing Sakura. It is a downtown area and famous for Sakura viewing spot in Tokyo. A lot of visitors including foreigner were enjoying a spring day. After taking a walk around the pond, we went to traditional Japanese restaurant for eating and drinking sake. It was a very sic day.

Sakura has special sentiment for Japanese. It blooms beautifully but falls in short time. That’s a life of us.
