It was a few years ago when I had been a student at Institut Francais in Tokyo. It was intermediate class to brush up business French. Most of the students had French language experience and there was a senior lady who spoke frequent French. I asked her how she got a French ? She said she had been working at the hospital in Burkina Faso assigned by JICA. She showed us many photos that made us a surprise and shock. All houses were barrack without electricity nor out of clean environment.
I’ve ever seen those scene when Japan Self-Defense Forces was sent to south Sudan. All houses were made of cow dung as cow was only their property using to drink its milk and blood. Burkina Faso houses were something like that. I turn my thought that Japanese volunteer who are now working such country of Coup to carry out their assignment.
